Membership Pro supports recurring subscriptions, so you can use it to handle the requirement

Thanks. I know. Question is how I get a MSP subscription into Eshop so I can place a one time installation service, a merchandise t-shirt and a annual domain subscription into one single online shop.

Hello

It is not possible. Subscriptions in Membership Pro will be stored and managed within Membership Pro

It is independent with Eshop, so you cannot manage these subscriptions in EShop
