Annual subscription ... vs 1 year

Is there a way to have an annual subscription -- i.e. for a single calendar year? with a renewal date for the next year?
e.g. in December, after the renewal date, I do an annual renewal for the next calendar year?
But for Jan-Nov before the renewal date it is for this year?

We do calendar memberships, like most clubs, and now I have a 2019 plan, a 2020 plan, a 2021 plan etc.

Your question is not very clear to me. Could you please explain exactly how you want it to work?

Seems you want a plan with fixed expiration date (for example, all subscriptions will be expired on same date 2021-12-31) ? If so, set Expired Date of the plan to the date you want and it should work like that

Also, you might want people register after certain date (for example, from 2021-12-01) has subscription expired date set to next year 2022-12-31? If so, set Grace Period to 30 Days (if there is 30 days left from sign up date to the setup date, subscription will be moved to next year)

Maybe that is what you need?
