Recurring Settings - Multiple Subscriptions per Subscriber was created by Stephen Daly
Hi Tuan,
I have 100 subscriptions setup for my first time using Membership Pro. The Idea is that the plan is 6 months long, October 2021 - March 2022, and I simply want the subscriber to pay £5 per month over six months making a total of £30 for the Plan.
The challenge is that after the first month, the subscriptions reset to after the expired date in April 2022. So I had to manually update them all to start from December 2021 and expire mid April 2022. Now that the start of December 2021 has come, it is now creating a new subscription from mid-April 2023 onwards.
I have no issue with manually fixing what is going on but clearly my configuration is not correct. See attachments on current config for Plan and an example of a subscription.

Hello Stephen
It causes by a wrong setting. Just remove the date you entered in Expired Date setting of the plan and everything will work as expected
Regards,
Tuan
