Plan price details not added when subscription created by Administrator

Hi,

Recently plan pricing information has stopped being pulled through to new subscriptions created in the Administrator portal. As far as I can see the plans are all set up properly and published, and the expiry date is set to the future for all of those that have been set to expire on a set date. It seems to be happening on all plans (we have 12 on our site)

There is a dirty work around to manually enter the net and gross amounts, but this is not ideal.

Before I log this as a support ticket is there anything obvious that I may have missed?

Hello Murray

Actually, the way it works is it is empty by default. Then when you save the subscription, the price will be calculated automatically by system

Could you please try again to see if it works like that? If not, please submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site

Hi Tuan,

After posting my reply I saw the next upgrade was available - i have applied it and everything is working now - so no need to raise a ticket.

Yes, I realized that it was a bug in the code and fixed it in latest release. I'm glad it is working as expected now
