Edit User Profile label names

Hello

The language on user profile page is controlled by the language user is using when they subscribe for the plan

So I guess in this case, the user subscribed for the plan using English language, and that's the reason the profile is displayed in English.

as you can see in the screenshot, the languages are mixed. you do i translate/sho the german language strings?
