Credit card fields appearing on popup form

I am using EngageBox to open a window with the order form in. There is a Coupon Field in the form.
But since I upgraded Membership Pro when I fill in the form... Credit Card fields appear in the form.

I only use Paypal payments and thats the only lplugin activated

How do I stop the Credit Card fields showing up.

I believe this causes by javascript conflict with something on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
