Duplicate Title Tags - SEO Warning for /sign-up Pages

Hi, I'm hoping to avoid sharing the live site URL for privacy purposes -

The menu item in question is Plans List Column Layout, e.g:
index.php?option=com_osmembership&view=plans&layout=columns&id=1

The issue here, basically, is the <title> that is used for the Plans List Column Layout list above, it's the same <title> that is used if you click into a plan and sign up:

Here are the two views in question using the HTML class output:
com_osmembership view-plans layout-columns
com_osmembership view-register

Let me know if this is sufficient?

I'm also wondering if this is a potential "setup" thing like I need to make a menu item for each plan. I was hoping to avoid doing this and just use one menu item for the Plan Category.

Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package of Membership Pro, upgrade it to your site. Then you can control title of the page with 3 language items: (go to Membership Pro -> Translation to change it)

- OSM_NEW_SUBSCRIPTION_PAGE_TITLE
- OSM_RENEW_SUBSCRIPTION_PAGE_TITLE
- OSM_UPGRADE_SUBSCRIPTION_PAGE_TITLE

Please update, use it and let me know if you need help. You can use tags such as:
[PLAN_TITLE]
[CATEGORY_TITLE]

in these language items
