Import failed (timed out) was created by Olivier Parent
Hello everyone,
I tried to import my subscriptions earlier today.
I got a server error (timed out).
The xlsx file has approx. 7000 lines.
I then tried to increase max_execution_time and max_input_time. I even tried to set it to unlimited.
But I always get timed out after something like 30 seconds or so…
Which allows me to import around 200 or 300 lines.
Any idea of how I can import the whole thing, if ever it is possible?
Thanks in advance for any answer.
Best regards.

You would have to increase max max_execution_time and memory_limit setting to be able to import more subscriptions
However, I don't think you can import 7000 records at a time. Better, split it to multiple smaller files, each time import about 500 records (the number of records could be imported a time depends on the power of the server which the site is running on)

Thank you Tuan,
Because of my server configuration, I cannot increase the memory limit so I have to import 29 xlsx files containing less than 250 records (rows) each, but it works nicely!
I still have to figure out why the members aren't imported but I'm quite sure the problem is with the group admin IDs I used. I must have made a mistake somewhere. I'll check that later.
Thanks again for your help!
