Subscriptions Management Page format and error was created by andybon

Hi... I've got a couple of issues with the 'Subscriptions Management' menu item.

First - see 'error2' attachment - this error appears if I click on a person in the list. "500 behavior::modal not found"

Second - see 'error1' attachment - something ugly is happening with the "New / Edit / Delete / etc" buttons - I'm using 'Shaper - Helix Ultimate' on Joomla 4 - so I believe it's Bootstrap 5 and I've set my MembershipPro back-end config setting to Bootstrap 5 (and tried others as well - but no difference)

Any suggestions on how I fix these things? Thanks!

This looks strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the page which is having this issue

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Just want to update that after checking the issue, I believe the issue causes by the template. So I asked @andybon to report the issue to the template developer so that they can fix the issue for everyone

I got the same error. Using Joomla 4 and template Ultimate Helix.

Found any solution?

Hi Bandola,

I did raise this with Helix developers... they weren't showing any signs of progress so I ended up switching templates on my site as my solution. I do notice that the Helix developers have recently sent out a version update saying 'all known bugs fixed' - so I hoped they had got it covered.... but maybe not if you are on the latest version of Helix? If so you'll probably need to remind them of the issue!

Hi andybon!

Thanks for your reply. I tried to change template but got the same error. I found out that when I unpublished the plugin Events Booking Registration Form - the error was gone. So I think it is the EB-plugin that cause the problem. Not the template. I told the developers here to take a look at it.
