Rebuild of Site / How to restore Joomla user database with subscription data

Good afternoon!
I've had to rebuild my website and I did not lose my subscription database, but the users are not listed in the Joomla users list as they were before. How do I restore / move / copy the subscribers list to the Joomla users list / database?

I looked at all of those files and there are no users in the backup file except for the admin to the site, plus no data in the user_keys, user_notes, and user_profiles.

All of the data for all subscribers is still listed at osmembership_subscribers, so I was wondering if there is a way to move that data to users table.

Are you saying that there are no data in #__users table? That's strange to me. For some tables you listed (user_keys, user_notes, and user_profiles), the data from that table could be empty
