End date not updating with renewal was created by Sherry
Hi our clubs renewal date is approaching and I am testing the renewal button. Everything is working to a point, payment is made through paypal, but when you return to the site the membership has not renewed but the money has been paid. Please help, I do not now if I have setting wrong or what.

Hello Sherry
After complete payment at PayPal, do you see a renewal subscription record created with Paid status in Subscriptions management screen? Maybe PayPal is not working for some reasons and it is causing the issue

Or does it automatically change to active once the current membership expires?

I got it to show in subscription management screen but it shows as pending and still allows them to renew again if they forget they have already renewed..

That mean there is something wrong with payment process from PayPal. Please follow instructions at membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-...hooting-instructions , submit a support ticket sending me the necessary information
I will try to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
