404 Error on clicking "Process Subscription" on Subscription Form

I am getting a 404 error when a new registrant completes the registration form and then clicks on the Process Subscription button.  The record is created correctly, but the link to the home page must be wrong.  Is this link defined anywhere and if not could you please direct me to the file where the link is specified in the code?

That's strange to me. Maybe in the plan setup, you enter a wrong URL in the Subscription Complete URl setting and it causes the error?

Please check to see if you enter the URL? if Yes, remove it. If not, better submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to subscription form so that I can check it

Many thanks for responding so quickly. You are quite right - I did have an incorrect URL. I had forgotten where this variable was set and so couldn't find the answer.
