Members List -- Pending

Have a menu items showing this for all plans, status Pending ...

BUT

• change status to Cancelled-Refunded thru Manage Subscriptions ... shows new status
• unpublish the subscription thru the back end

Still appears in the Members List -- Pending
Note: these are old subscriptions that already had and End Date if that has anything to do with it

I had to Delete the subscription in back end to get id of it ... i.e. something my membership director does not have access to.

Ideas? fix?

It is not very clear what's the actual issue here. In this case, maybe you can just edit the subscription record, change subscription status to Cancelled to see if the record is still being displayed there?

Ok ... so not my clearest explanation ...
My membership director updates subscriptions using Subscriptions Management on the front end ... members can apply only then send in a check manually.

I set up a Members list - Status: Pending, no plan to show all pending applications BUT... it shows
-- old applications from previous years that have already ended
-- no check arrived so the director cancelled it to status to Cancelled-Refunded thru Subscriptions Mgmt ... but it still showed on this Pending list
-- I cancelled a subscription thru the back end ... -- but it still showed up!! on the Members List
Only after DELETING the subscription in the back end did it leave the front end list.

For this, better submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
-Link to that members list page
- Tell me what subscription should not be displayed but it is still being displayed on that page

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you
