Emails & Messages desorganised for the translations

I have realised that the different translations of Emails & Messages are identical whatever the language. For each language (ro, de, it, es, en) there are all messages in all languages.
Moreover, when I click on Italian, the language tabs disappear.
This has been the case for several days.

That's strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check this directly on your site?
