Custom Field not showing

We recently moved our site and now a custom field is not showing in the backend for a new subscriber on the new site. It does show for subscriber records that were moved. The old site was V2.12.1. We updated it to V2.20.2 on the new site and then moved the database from the old site to the new one.

The custom field is configured to show on the Subscription Management page and it does show, but when the Member Details it does not show for that user but does show for a subscription that was moved from the old site.

Not sure if this relates, but several of the custom field ids show up as records in the SQL field_value database for this user but have the fields are empty.

It's hard to know what's the reason of the error without checking it directly on your site. For this, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell us what we need to do to see the error

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
