I seem to be stuck on trying to use the Group Members Manager: Group Members option. I have followed the documentation section Joomla Groups integration and checked and rechecked that the plugins were active for Membership Pro - Group Membership Plugin and Membership Pro - Joomla Groups. I also rechecked that the group is created in the Joomla Users section. Also checked the Membership Pro Plan's Joomla Group Settings tab to make sure the group was included in the Assign and Remove fields.
My problem is that when I go to the Group Members Manager: Group Members to group members the first two form drop down fields Plan and Group are empty and do not show the group that I'd created in Joomla and assigned subscribers to.
I'm running Joomla 3.9.20 and Membership Pro version 2.22.2, any suggestions would be appreciated.
