Manually Triggering Reminder Email

Hi,
I have a group of people I'd like to send a reminder email to. I tried using the mass mail option however, it doesn't accept the tags I need like [EXPIRE_DATE] or [NUMBER_DAYS]. How can I manually send this email with those tags included?

Hi Jonathan

We do not support that tag. However, I think you can use [TO_DATE] tag. It will show subscription end date of the subscription and it should be good enough for subscribers to know when their subscriptions will be expired
