Subscription Emails

I am going to import 800+ records into Membership Pro at some point in the near future. There will be three categories of membership. In a test merge of a few members each each of them receives a confirmation email with their log-in details which is fine. However, we need to send a slightly different one to each of our groups. I could merge the files one group at a time and vary the wording in the Language Override section. However, this won't help in the long term for new members when joining. We did think of using Regular Labs Extension Manager.
Will you kindly advise as to how this may be achieved please.

Actually, Membership Pro does not send any emails during import process. The emails which are sent, actually, sent by Joomla to inform user account the created account only

I don't know if there is a way to send different emails for different members. Maybe you can try to send these emails using separate tool, like ACYMailing extension instead
