User Blocked

User Blocked was created by Mark Hayden
Over the past few weeks I have a number of new users having trouble logging in and telling me that they get a message saying user Blocked.

I cannot see any reason why this is the case, I have attached the image they get.

As far as I can tell, they are Registering, Paying, and then trying to Log in. This is where the problems start.

Any idea where I can look to un-block a user ?

Hi Mark

You should ask user to see if they are being blocked right after they complete the subscription or they are being blocked later (after failed login attempt) ?

Maybe you should use this setup membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/faqs/e...ccount-automatically so that user account will be activated/enabled automatically after users complete payment for the registration

Thanks, this is a workaround.
And the issue is still occurring for new users. And form what I understand there is no failed log in, it happens immediately.
Do you have this as a bug/defect already ?

Hello Mark

Are you saying that new subscribers (who subscribed after the setting changed) still being blocked?

Could you please go to Users -> Manage, check their user account to see if the account is blocked or enabled?
