Error on member registration form

Recently it was reported that when selecting certain options on our membership form at www.charlestonminiclub.com an error appears.  It does not say what the error is. Are you guys having issues reported due to any versions of php being used? We are using PHP 7.4.  The errors seem to be happening to selecting the radio buttons or the dropdown selections.  As I have mentioned before the only way I can allow you guys to login is to login with you remotely, since its a live user database, and we have an agreement between us and the users.  I can provide pictures of the errors a little later, and any settings you may need. Today I am busy with my wife's birthday so I will be in and out of the office. Let me know what I can or need to provide, or what you think may be wrong. We do have users trying to join but they cannot due to this error.  Thank you as always for your support.

The extension should work well with PHP 7.4, that's the PHP version which I am using daily for development. I just haven't tested the extension carefully enough for PHP 8 yet

So if you have a reliable way for me to see the error myself, I will be happy to check it. But it might be something special on the site only
