PayPal Sandbox IPN URL

I'm trying to use the Sandbox option on the PayPal plugin. Any subscriptions using PayPal in this environment are set to pending not automatically made active. If I use the Live environment subscription are set to active. I have enabled the IPN in the PayPal sandbox environment but don't know the listening URL - I'm assuming this is why t's not working. Any suggestions?

You usually do not have to enter the URL as the URL is registered by the Membership Pro with PayPal automatically

The problem here is that PayPal sandbox is not reliable. Sometime, it sends notification to Membership Pro after payment completed (it's called IPN messages) and it works. But some other times, no IPN messages are sent and it is not working
