Offline payments

Hi
When members choose to use an offline payment I'd like there to be separate options for bank transfer and cheque. I thought I would be able to do this by installing os_osm_offline_cheque.zip (referenced here: membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/basic-...gins/offline-payment ) and using that for cheques and the built in offline payment option for bank transfer.

I cannot install os_osm_offline_cheque.zip , it fails with:Path does not have a valid package.Unable to detect manifest file.

I have checked permissions & tried installing from a local directory, I can't see anything obvious wrong with the manifest file. I'm using Joomla 3.9.26 and Membership Pro 2.22.1.

(a) What am I doing wrong?
(b) Is there a better way to achieve what I want?

Hello Zoe

What method you are using to install payment plugin? Please note that it is a payment plugin, so you need to go to Membership Pro -> Payment Plugins to install it and it should be installed properly

If not, something is wrong. So please submit a support ticket so that we can help installing it

Of course! Sorry - I was trying to install it as a Joomla plugin.
