how to generate a renewal notification email for an expired user?

I have a user has an expired status for a while. Now that he wants to renew his subscription all of a sudden, I am thinking to send him the renewal notification email from Joomla Membership Pro. 

I knew there is automatic email notification settings, but I cannot find a button to do this on demand.

Can Membership Pro do this?

No, we do not have an option to allow send renewal notification email on demand

In this case, I think you should send him an email manually
