Moving Membership Pro to Test Server was created by Mark Hayden
I have redesigned my main web site using SP Page Builder, this was built on another spare domain I own.
I am now ready to bring the new design to my production site that has Membership Pro installed. I was going to use a restore from Akeeba Backup, however, I suspect this will over write the Membership Pro config/install and effectively put a 1:1 copy of the Joomla site from my test domain.
What I would like to do, is somehow transfer my Membership Pro setup to my test domain, to prove it all works, and then use Akeeba Backup to copy it all back.
Can someone please point me to the current recommended process for transferring a production version of Membership Pro ?
Thanks
Mark

Hello Mark
I think you can just do it in a simple way. Export data from Membership Pro tables (tables with _osmembership_ prefix) from your current site database, and then import it to database of the new site. That should be the right way
