ACY MAILING PLUGIN was created by Ken Thorkildsen
Hello there,
I've been looking through the forum, just to confirm that if a user has an existing entry in ACY Mailing  e.g. LIST 1 then adds a membership entry and the normal set up is to add an automatic entry to LIST 2, it won't automatically add the new entry to LIST 2 - because they are an existing user on ACYMailing -  is that correct? We have to add to LIST 2 manually?

Have I understood that correctly?
Regards
Ken

Hi Tuan,

Thanks for that. It's not worked in this instance and I've had to do it manually. It's all been set up correctly I feel. There are 2 plug ins for ACYMAiling - ACYmailing and ACYMailing6. Both of these are enabled and it's been set up correctly with the membership plan. Should only one of the plugins be enabled since its ACYMailing Version 7 now, is this maybe why it's stopping the automatic adding to the list?

You should unpublish the ACYMAiling - ACYmailing plugin, leave ACYMailing6 plugin published, then try again
