Sign up for second plan under same email id

Hi All,

Can I request for help with this:

Is it possible to sign up for a second plan under the same email id?
I have the configuration set to use email id as username.
When I try to sign up for a second plan using the same email id, I get the error message "This email has been used by a different user. Please enter a new email"

If not possible, can anyone suggest any workarounds?

Hi Anand

In this case, I guess you have an account on your site with that email already. You should login before continue subscribing for second plan and it should be fine

I would suggest you to set Show Login Box On Subscription Page config option to Yes so that users who has account on the site already can login before continue the subscription
