Custom Fields not showing in Subscriptions

I am having an issue with some custom fields. Each field contains a number of checkbox values. The subscriber chooses which box they wish to select when they subscribe or make alterations to the User Profile. These are not showing up in the subscription list. If I export the data the custom fields are populated with the correct columns so the information is there but I can't find a means of displaying it.

Hi Tuan
Can I add that I have set up Front End members list also and have selected the custom fields to "show on Members List" to yes. The custom fields do not show. It is the checkbox values that I wish to display.

Hello Paul

You can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to the page which you expect the fields to be displayed
- ID of the field

I will check to see what's wrong and guide you to correct it
