We are coming up to our annual renewal time and I have a query about when reminder emails are sent.
If a Member completes the renewal form, using offline payment (the only payment method we use), so the subscriber record is marked as 'pending' will the software still send the second and third reminder emails which are set up for after the due date?
We allow our members to renew and pay at a much later date (due to the nature of our business) so we want them to be able to renew, without paying straight away, and recieve no furher reminders.
