Download pdf Invoice no possible

Hi,
I can only get the invoice attached to the email.
It is not possible to download from the backend as admin or from the frontend as a user. By clicking on the link, the file is not found. I checked the media/com_osmembership/invoices directory and it is empty. How can I solve? The permissions of the directory are set by default to 755.

This is strange to me. The invoice should be created and downloadable from administrator area of your site. If not, there must be something special on your site causing this issue. In that case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it directly on your site for you

Maybe your hosting account is full and file could not be created?
