Paypal Pro Payment Plugin not working

Hello,
I bought, downloaded and activatet the Paypal Pro Payment Plugin, but it doesn't show up in the checkout process. If I deactivate all other Paymen Plugins and only have Paypal Pro activatet I get the Message, that I have to activate at least one Pament Plugin for the System to work. So it seams, even though PayPal Pro ist activatet, the system does not recognize it. What am I doing wrong?

That's strange to me. Maybe there is something special on your site causing this issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to the subscription form which the payment plugin should be available

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
