Status pending whern Paid ok

please help me,

the problem is that status payement not change. In Payment Information of subscription status is "pending" and so the subscription not activated. It happens when use the plugin payment redsys (real mode). So the payment was sucsefull but status nos change. The page redirect correct to message page.

With payapal-test all is ok.

Ples help us as soon as possible
