I have been setting up the ticket profiles for each of our membership categories. I set up a new user and displayed the membership card and printed it out fine but it needed changes making.
I edit the membership card (plans/member card settings) to improve it's appearance and, having saved the changes, and go back to display the changes via user profile/My Subscriptions/Download Member Card it will continue to display the first draft of the membership card and it will not reflect the changes that I have made. The changes are retained in the plan settings but I cannot print out via the User Profile.
This happens with all categories of membership and all the users I have tried. I have cleared the cache from Membership Pro and my browser cache and removed the pdf files from my App Data file to remove them totally from my system. I have opened up the pdf file in a number of browers and Adobe Reader and it makes no difference......it contimues to display the first file I saved. I would appreciate it if you will kindly advise me please! Thank you.
Maybe the output, somehow, is cached by your server?
What's the current link to download the card? Appending a random variable with random value to the link should prevent it from being cached by server and it should be fine (just want to know if it is cached by server or not first)
Instead of sending the super admin account on a public forum like your previous post, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and tell me exactly what you need to do to see the error so that I can check to see why it happens and get it sorted
