Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
www.areviewfetch.com/index.php?option=co...method=os_paypal_pro
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information.
How do I fix the issue?
Thanks.

Look like you uninstalled or unpublished os_paypal_pro payment plugin on that site? That's the reason causing this error, I think

I guess I'll have to check with PayPal to see what happened.

From the IPN Messages, I guess you were using MP PayPal Pro payment plugin in the past and PayPal still sends notification to that URL and it causes the error
Re-install MP PayPal Pro payment plugin should address this issue

I did not see your response sooner. I'm a little confused.
After first installing the plugin, I never changed uninstalled, unpublished, or changed any parameters for it. I also never changed any settings at PayPal.
I tried to reinstall PayPal as suggested, but when I uploaded os_paypal.zip, I received these messages:
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
Error
Unable to detect manifest file.
What should I do?
Thanks,
Steve

So look like you were using os_paypal_pro (MP PayPal Pro) payment plugin on the site before but not now and it's causing the error
Maybe you can ignore that error message from PayPal for now
