Hello,
Membership pro extension looks great so far, only one problem I have stumbled upon: When I download a member card, the encoding inside the pdf is wrong. Only "???" characters appear where text should appear (see attached image). I already tried changing the default website font as well as changing the collation of the membership pro tables via phpmyadmin, from utf8_general_ci to utf8mb4_unicode_ci, but the problem persists.
Using latest versions of Joomla & Membership Pro.

Any ideas?

For this, we will have to find and upload a PDF font for your language. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help checking and solving the issue for you
