user not created on sign up

hello mr tuan,

I am using eventbooking and membership pro as well as community builder in my website.
I tried to register users but it seems no record revealed in joomla, community builder and membership pro

user receieved notification email but no record in joomla...

please help. thanks

For this, we will have to check directly on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to the page which we can perform registration and see this error

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
