How do one member cancel their membership?

Pensopay (Quickpay) but it is not set up yet, hoping it will be ready today

For that payment plugin, I believe it can only process onetime subscription, not recurring subscription. So cancelling subscription is not possible (and not needed) because cancelling recurring subscription is only needed for recurring subscription
