Conditional Custom Fields was created by Paul
I am setting up Membership Pro so that a registered user can select from a custom field. I am working for a small theatre and things are set up so that there are a whole lot of custom fields that can be selected for volunteer roles within the theatre on the User Profile Page. I would like to group them so that there are only four choices: Front of House, Back Stage, Acting etc. I would like them to be able to select (for eg) Front of House (for eg) and for a drop down box of choices with radio buttons so that they can select the areas they wish to volunteer for eg Bar, Box Office, Front of House etc. I am trying to configure things using Conditional Custom Fields but just can't get it to work. Are you able to advise me please? Thank you

Hello Paul
Hard to understand what you need. Maybe you can send me link to current subscription form and tell us how you want to change it so that we can look at it and guide you?

Tuan.....thank you for your offer of help. It is much appreciated. I am currently working on a test site. Here is a link to the User Profile that I am working on:
oasttheatre.com/test1/join-the-oast/personal-details
You will at the bottom of the page that there is a menu item for Front of House. When you click on that I would like some of the fields above to be removed and placed in this drop down box. When you click on Front of House I would like Box Office, Bar Coffee bar amongst others to be viewed from the drop down box with radio buttons so that the User can select from them.
I am very new to the Joomla environment and am sorry if I am not expressing myself as well as I should!
Thank you....regards...Paul

Hi Paul
By reading your requirement, I think conditional custom fields should work, not sure exactly what is not working for you?
When you select an option, the dependency fields are not being displayed?
