Synchronise Membership Plan Title (Name)/ID with EasyProfile / AcyMailing V6

Reading The documentation on Synchronising with Easy Profile

I see you can synchronise Membership Pro Custom Fields with Easy Profile fields.
However, we would like to Synchronise either the Membership Plan Title or ID into EasyProfile, Is this possible? I can't see anything in the documentation about this.
 
The reason is we would like to set segments in our ACYMailing lists based on Membership plans. If we can set the Membership Plan Title or id In EasyProfile we can do this via a link between EasyProfile and ACYMailing 6.
