how to cancel a subscription from the backend was created by Corine
Hi,
we are "life" with our new website and are already facing an issue which we would like to handle how it is "designed" but I cannot really find how to in de the manual.
We have a subscriber who subscribed for a plan that can be renewed yearly (not recurring). For a reason we won't go into detail about we want to cancel this person's subscription and refund his payment. (kick him out, sort of).
so what is the proper way to do this?
we can simply refund the money through the bank, but we have ofcourse an invoice now, that technically needs a credit-invoice, and an active subscription which we want to cancel.

Hello Corine
1. You can only edit the subscription record, change subscription status to Expired, save it
2. Refund must be processed manually
3. We do not have a way to generate a credit invoice. Somehow, you must handle it outside the system
