Upgrade Options

I have added an upgrade option to our free plan, which is a full-time plan - it doesn't expire.. We have a 'Join' menu item that brings up the list of Plans, but I do not see any upgrade options. Where do the upgrade options show?

For this, we will have to check it directly on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- That subscriber account
- Link to the page which the upgrade options should be displayed

I will check to see why it is not being displayed and get it sorted

Hi Tuan,
I see that the upgrade shows on my Profile page. Is that the only place it will show?  Trying to figure out how to 'sell' the upgrade.

Yes, that's the place it will show. If you want, you can create a menu item to link to Upgrade Membership menu option of Membership Pro. Users can access to that menu item, choose the upgrade option they want to perform upgrade
