Admin message for "subscription approved" was created by Graham S. Jarvis
Hello everybody,
there is a subscriber E-Mail ("Subscription Approved Subject" and "Subscription Approved Body")
Is there an equivalent E-Mail template for admin(s)?
I'm using off-line payment and I "publish" the subscritions in the back-end when I see the money on the bank.
The subscriber is sent a confirmation E-Mail but I'd like to send admin(s) an E-Mail when a subscription is "published" in the back-end so that they also know that someone has paid.
Is there any way to do this?
Thanks,
-Graham-

Hello Graham
The publish action is done by admin, so he knows about it. As of right now, we do not have an option to send email to administrator when a subscription record is approved

Hello Tuan,
I understand this logic - I am comparing with EB where the E-Mail Settings in the Configuration allows multiple Notification E-Mails (in addition to the event creator) and for each event there is a setting under Advanced settings to allow multiple admin E-Mails.
If I remember correctly if I register someone for an EB event via the back-end these E-Mail settings are obeyed. I might be wrong.
- In any case I am "admin", so I know what I'm doing (sometimes
) but it would be good if Membership Pro would send other people an E-Mail when I "publish" a subscription.
Thanks,
-Graham-

OK Graham. I will consider supporting it in future releases of the extension. Might be useful for some customers
