Invalid subscription code

Invalid subscription code was created by Gerald Berger
After paying with PayPal I get the message "Invalid subscription code" the account has been activated, the subscription is active, the user can log in and use the subscription, only the automatic forwarding and autologin do not work what am I doing wrong

Hello Gerald

Look like there is something special on your site causing this issue (session was lost for some reasons)

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to subscription form so that I can check it?

Tuan, was this solved? I am also having this exact same issue. After user purchases as paypal, if they click "Return to Merchant", they are sent to the site but it shows "Invalid Subscription Code" as a message. Their account/subscription is activated correctly, however.

OK I have v2.12...I tried to upgrade to 2.21 but it said 403. Do I need to purchase again to upgrade to get this fix?

Hi Dan

Yes. You will need to purchase latest version, update it to your site to have this issue fixed (your order was expired one year ago)

This issue is not a bug of the extension (it has been working fine for year), the bug happens recently (I don't know if it causes by changes from browser or by PayPal causing session data lost) and we had to adjust code in the extension to handle it

You should always use latest version of the extension
