Membership Pro installation problem

Membership Pro installation problem was created by Istvan Molnar
Yesterday I have installed the Membership Pro extension on a latest version of Joomla on my local machine. The installation stopped after a while (blank screen). Apparently everything is there in the admin interface, but the Dashboard, Group members, Subsriptions, and Subscription Plans items do not work (error message: Unknown column 'group_admin_id' in 'where clause'). I have deleted and reinstalled the whole extension, but the same thing happened. Any solution from the developers?
