I have created a free subscription plan on my site that I would like to have anyone registering an account on my site be automatically added to.
I found in the Membership Pro documentation the info about the user membership pro plugin and I enabled it and selected the free plan I created. I wasn't sure if I should choose public or registered as the access level... but I've tried it set to both... and my new registered users aren't being added automatically or at all to the plan.
I'm using a form creator (Chronoforms 7) to create my registered users and using that form I can see that newly registered users are indeed added to my Joomla user management and they are both enabled and active... but not added to the subscription plan.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Also what is the correct membership pro configuration settings for registration integration that are necessary for this to function?

Hello
The access of the plugin should be set to Public. I don't know how Chronoforms handles user registration, so I could not confirm the issue
Maybe you should try to register via Joomla core user registration to see if it is working as you want?

I tried registering via the core Joomla registration and it also... is adding users but they still aren't subscribed to my user pro plugin plan.

Correction... it seems they are being added to the subscription but when they cick the menu link I created to see their proile ... (Alias: user-profile)

As an admin I can see it in the back end that they are subscribed.
What's my next step?

Hello Tim
If subscription is created, he should be able to access to that page. You can submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account
- Send me that user account
- Link to the page
I will see what's wrong and guide you to correct it
