Hi Tuan,

I am testing the renewal processes ahead of the club's annual renewal season in Spring. Background - all of our membership payments for new members and for renewals are via offline payments.

In testing, when I renew a membership with offline payment the new subscription goes into a pending state and the "subscription renewal emails" are sent. At this stage the new subscription is in "pending". All good so far.

The issue I have is once offline payment is received and I change the status from "pending" to "approved" the general "subscription approved email" is sent.

Is there only one email template for "subscription approved" irrespective of whether it is to a new or a renewing subscriber? I want the emails to be tailored to say different things to new members versus renewing members.

Hi Peter

Unfortunately, we do not have separate email message for subscription renewal approved email

We only have a single subscription approved email and it is used for new subscription, subscription renewal and subscription upgrade
