Expired Subscriber Only sees option to renew was created by sandstorm871
I have 3 plans available in my membership pro site.
When a users plan has expired/cancelled and they are logged in, looking at the user profile page, they can only see the option to renew the last subscription they had - see screenshot
How can I get the user profile page to also display other available plans?

Hello
The system can only display renew options to allow users to renew for the plans which they subscribed for before. It won't display list of subscription plans on that page (user profile page)
If users want to see all plans in the system to sign up, they will have to access to different menu item

Hi,
what Tuan means is this: After the subscription has expired, only the renew options are shown. On the other hand, as long as the subscription is active, upgrades are only shown (renew is hidden then).
In the plan you can only offer the same subscription for renew with either different duration or price/discount. But no change of subscription plan.
We also have the same problem. The only solution we have found was to tell the customer to re-subscribe the old plan. Then we tell them to upgrade to another plan. Then we cancel the first subscription by hand. Very frustrating for us and our customers. Many just don't renew

It would be easier to understand, if the "renew options" in the plans were set up the same way as "upgrade options". Or if there at least was an option to change to another plan when renewing instead of the current "renew options". The existing options and discounts are only useful for non-recurring subscriptions.
Anyway, membership pro is still the best membership-software for Joomla by far.

So basically, you want that when the subscription expired, upgrade options will should still be shown?
If that's the case, you can submit a support ticket so that I can send the latest package to you. Then you update and go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Allow Upgrade From Expired Subscriptions config option to Yes and it should work as expected

Yes, After testing this in the last few days, I feel the renewal/upgrade needs a bit of improving/enhancement
