Membership Pro subscriptions for existing users (Events Booking registrants)

You said:

Go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Show Login Box On Subscription Page config option to Yes. By doing that, there will be login section displayed on subscription form to allow users who has existing account to login

When I set "Show Login Box"and login with an existing username.
I then get "Error
You are not authorised to view this resource."

Where do I set the permissions?

I'm unsure why you got that error. For this, you will need to submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to the page
- Give us the account you are using to login and see this error

I will check to see why that error happens and guide you to correct it

Hi Graham

As replied via support ticket, It causes by wrong access level for the menu item you created. Just changed the access level from Guest to Public will solve the issue
