How do I setup coupon

How do I setup coupon was created by Stephen Hawkins
Hi, I have created a coupon in the coupons section...

And I have set the Enable Coupon to YES in general configuration.

But the coupon field doesn't appear in the order form.

I am using EngageBox to open a window with the order form in. But there is no Coupon Field in the form.

Do I have to create a custom field? If so how?

Hello Stephen

Please go to Membership Pro -> Configuration, set Enable Coupon config option, set it to Yes, then check it again.

If it is still not working, there must be something special on your site. Please submit a support ticket so that we can help checking your setup and guide you to correct it

Thank You Tuan Pham Ngoc, I managed to get it working. I believe it was because in the Coupon Settings I had selected a user/admin.

Seems fine now. Thanks again for the quick response. Your response did kick me into taking another look. So thanks again.

Great. I'm glad you figured it out. Just want to update that if you select a user for the coupon, only that user can use the coupon, guess that was the reason causing the issue/error
