Custom field - type not syncing with Joomla user profile

Hi

We have a custom Membership Pro field of the type list, I have entered the values in MP and mapped it to a Joomla user custom field. The custom Joomla field has the same values as those in MP.

However the Joomla field is not populated with those entered in the MP registration. How do I correct this?

Hi Roy

I think it causes by permission issue. Could you please edit the Joomla custom field, in Permissions tab, choose Public user group, set Edit Field Value permission to Allowed

Do the same for all other fields which you mapped with the fields in Membership Pro, then check it again. It should work well
