AcyMail6 Confirm Subscription was created by Tim Serr
Hey there. Just looking at the integration of Membership Pro with AcyMail6 and had a question regarding new user sign up to AcyMail lists.
I added a custom field in Membership Pro allowing users to select which list they want to subscribe to...works great, love it!
My question is about subscription list confirmation. When a new user registers in Membership Pro and selects an AcyMail list to subscribe to, they aren't automatically confirmed in AcyMail (see image). I was wondering if there was a way to have the user receive the opt-in email from whichever list they've chosen, or to automatically have their mail list subscription confirmed. They're getting added to AcyMail successfully, however, I need to go in and manually Confirm each mailing list subscription.
If this can be done, great. If not, maybe it can be a future enhancement?
Thanks
Tim

Hello Tim
We use ACYMailing API for subscribing users to the mailing lists, so that should be handled by ACYMailing, I think. I don't have enough experience with ACYMailing to confirm, but maybe you can take a look at their settings to see if there are any settings control these behaviors?

Hi Tuan, just want to give a quick update on this...User error is the issue!
Once I've moved my site out of localhost and onto a sandbox, the payment plug-ins work, which in turn affected AcyMail sending confirmation emails (duh).
Sorry about that...as always, keep up the great work!!

OK, Tim. Thanks for the update (didn't know that you tested it on localhost)
